Delivery and Returns Information

Rose Bonbon albums and books are made to order and are shipped in a week to 10 days from the date of your order. If your order is personalised, please allow 2 weeks production time.

All albums are sent via Royal Mail’s First Class ‘Signed For’ service.

Returns

You have 14 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to return an item.

Please note: personalised and bespoke made-to-order goods, are non-refundable, unless faulty. It is essential therefore when ordering personalised items that spellings are checked carefully before details are sent to production as Rose Bonbon cannot be responsible for customer’s spelling errors.

You must notify the Rose Bonbon in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, outlining your reasons for doing so. Please return the goods in appropriate packaging and in a re-saleable condition, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

We will process a refund of your order payment directly via Paypal within 30 days at the very latest once a refund has been agreed.
